Can I purchase a german spelling checker for my US word software?

I have purchased a new computer a year ago, and I have a US version of
Microsoft office installed. Now that I am working more with german
customers, I have to write letters in german and therefore I would like to
update my WORD software with a german spelling checker, if that is possible.
