Can I re-install Office 2007 Ultimate after reformatting hard driv

I purchased Office 2007 Ulitimate, which allowed me to install it on 3 PC's.
I would really like to re-format one of the machines, it is old, slow and
rather cluttered. Will I be able to re-install Office on it?

Office Ultimate does not allow three installations. Generally it is one
desktop and one portable to be used by the same person. Read your license.
