Can I reinstall office 2003 o new PC

My old PC (Win XP Home) has died, so have had to go out and buy a new one
(Vista Home Premium). I have Office 2003 Professional which I purchased
about three years agao and have had it installed on my current PC until now,
but as the PC has died, i am unable to uninstall it. Will there be any issues
if i attempt to install Office 2003 to my new vista PC. FYI it is a genuine
Microsoft Office disk with product key. I understand that i will need to
ensure all updates and service packs are installed before trying to use it.
Any help/suggestions gratefully received
Regards

The worst you will have to do is phone activate but if you haven't
activated for over 120 days, it should activate on line.
