Can I reinstall Office XP Pro on a new PC?

My old Dell is expiring..bought a new system / XP Media Center Edition.. I
previously purchased Office XP Professional...have the complete pkg /
Installation CDs / License Key, etc..

Can I remove it from the old system and reinstall Office XP Pro on the new
PC?
