Can I remove the project controls or something else?

I blew my Project Server install away and re-installed. I got in fine with
administrator account after re-install. And I can get in from the server's
browser using my Windows Domain Account. But if I try to login with Windows
Domain account from my client machine I get the user agreement screen, I
click agree and then click next. It says downloading controls which I did
before the uninstall previously and then it just takes me back to the
agreement screen. If I keep trying it just always takes me back to the
agreement screen.

Jay:

Locate the Downloaded Programs folder in your Windows directory and navigate
to the folder using a command window. Type del pj*.* at the command prompt.
This is the best way to delete the installed objects. Alternately, you can
do this in IE by selecting Tools > Internet Options > General Tab. Click
Settings button under Temporary Internet Files, then the View Objects
button. Delete the files beginning with "pj"
