Can I repeat the whole form as a repeating section?

An Infopath form I've made records a single encounter with a patient.
The form has repeated tables, optional sections and repeated tables
within optional sections. I need to repeat the whole form each time I
see the patient but keep all encounters together as a single
"uberform."

I've tried to put the whole form within one big repeating section
hoping unique fields would be generated, but it doesn't seem to work.
Is there a way to get this done?

Thanks

Hi,

The best solution to this sort of problem depends quite a bit on the
complexity of each visit, how many patients you have and how many
visits you might want to include/be able to review in the "uberform".

One approach might be keep your current form (or something similar to
it) for each visit but add a query view that lets you review past
visits for that patient.

Finding an interface that works well can become really quite tricky if
you want to have a lot of different views on large amounts of data
e.g. be able to review a particular visit but also be able to review
time changes in, say, blood sugar. Of course, you may want many
different views to allow you to see the data in the way that is most
meaningful to you.
