Hi mclement,
if you use Exchange Server, ask your adminstrator about a backup of your
Exchange server.
If you use Outlook local without a free backup tool like "Personal Folders
backup", you could have a look into the "Deleted items" folder, but without
a backup tool and without the items in the deleted items folder, the items
are deleted.
If you use a local PST file, use as minimum security level, to backup a PST
file, this tool:
