Can I retrieve all April emails that were permanently deleted?

I am using Office 2003 and tried the recover deleted items but don't have a
recover selected items to choose from that it suggested in the helps. Is
there any other way to retrieve them, as they were accidentally deleted from
all folders.

The help also mentions that the feature is available when using Exchange
as your mail server. So do you use Exchange as your mail server?

If and only if the .pst file has not been compacted, you might be able
to use DBxtract (or DBxpress) to yank out the delete-marked items.
Deleting an item only changes its status to Deleted. Outlook will not
show delete-marked items. Moving an item to the Deleted Items folder is
not deleted since obviously the item still exist in a folder regardless
of its name. Delete-marked items still physically exist in the .pst
file and are not removed until purged by a compaction operation. So
close down Outlook to prevent it from automatically compacting the .pst
file (or make a copy of it right now) and see if the mentioned tools can
extract the delete-marked items.

Recover Deleted Items is a feature of Exchange. If you're using a POP
account only, you don't have that feature.

If they're not in the Deleted Items folder or you've emptied that folder,
you're probably out of luck. However, try this:
