Can I reverse the pc board artwork so the lettering is correct?

I was able to create artwork for printed circuit board layouts. Is there a
way to reverse the image , or rather the lettering, so it will print
correctly on the pc board?

There's no way to reverse text in Visio, as far as I'm aware, but you could
try one of the following:

a) print using your printer's invert/mirror functionality if it has such a
thing

b) select your text shape (you may have to create a separate text only
shape) and then click File / Save As and choose emf format. Once you've
saved your text as an image you can re-import it by clicking Insert /
Picture / From file... and then resize the image accordingly. Ctrl+H will
then allow you to flip the shape horizontally.
