Can I Rreinstall Office Home & Student...

..on a computer in which I've changed-out the Hard Drive and reinstalled the
original XP Home OS? I've had the program installed on this computer, can I
reinstall it again? Or what should I do?

Yes, assuming you've updated XP Home and reinstalled your drivers, insert
office cd and install, if neccessary use phone activation
