I'm not aware of any legitimate source for a test version of Project
2002 on an internet site.

You can find books on Project that include a CD with a test version
available, e.g. "Microsoft Project 2002 Step by Step", by Carl
Chatfield and Timothy Johnson, Microsoft Press ISBN 0-7356-1301-X.

No - but you can get a trial CD from MS. Maybe you'd like to wait a few
weeks to see if there's a 2003 version trial CD.
