Can I run Visio 2003 with Office 2002?

We have Office 2002 on the desktop and some users require an upgrade to
Visio. We have no plans to upgrade to Office 2003 anytime soon.

Can I install Visio 2003 with Office 2002?

Are there known issues with this?

yes you can install the two of them together, I am unaware of known issues
with the two of them.
