Can I save a custom color I set up? If so how?

I want the red to match our logo every time I use it for borders, fill ect.
How do I save the custom color so I don't have to enter the RGB numbers every
time?

Unfortunately, current versions of Word don't provide a general way to save
custom colors. You can create paragraph or character styles using a custom
font color, and you can save AutoText entries of tables with custom border
or shading colors, but that's about it.

I'm trying to save a custom color which I guess I can't. Could you explain
Suzanne how to do what you suggested. I should mention that I have a
Mac.

What part don't you understand?

Well, actually, you can save a sample table with custom border AND shading
colors, for that matter. Do you not understand how to apply custom colors to
tables? Do you not understand how to save AutoText entries? See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/AutoText.htm

Or (despite the apparant emphasis on "or") are you asking how to create
styles? Character styles can save a custom font color; paragraph styles can
save a custom font color and also a custom shading color if required.
