Can I save a custom slide show as a normal presentation

I am using MS Powerpoint 2007 to create a custom slideshow. I would like to
edit whilst viewing the actual slides rather than just the list of slides.
Is it possible to save the custom slide show as a normal presentation so I
can then do this?
