Can I save my autocorrect entrys onto a file to import to another computer?

I would like to export the autocorrect entries from one
computer so that they can be moved to our new XP
machines. The autocorrect files contain many medical
terms that have been saved. To recreate those files would
take a very long time and significantly reduce
productivity. If anyone as a solution, please let me know.
