Can I scan a biz card to manipulate it as a graphic?

I am a volunteer for a non-profit group and need to make a brochure out of
business cards. I need to be able to manipulate them into larger sizes from
1/4, 1/2 to full page and may need to add words and/or pictures. Is this
possible and if so, what program would I use?

PS I'm not unfamiliar with computers but have no experience with graphics.

If you have Publisher it will be a better tool for what you are trying to do.

If you are planning to do this in Word, knowing the Word version will be
helpful.

I do not have Publisher unfortunately. I have MS Office '03. Any help would

I'm not a Word user for graphics, maybe a Word user will help you here. There
are better tools for graphic manipulation.

Thank you again Ms. Sauer... I will go to the link you provided and see if
there's anything there that may help me. I can't afford to buy a program but
if there's something there that is "free" I'll try it. Perhaps other Word
users have ideas as well.
