Can I see archive folders on another computer in our office?

I need to see the Outlook archives of the person I work for. The .pst file
is located on her computer and can't be put up on the network. She needs to
see them in her folder list in Outlook, too. Can this be done? We use
Office 2003 (XP Pro). Thanks!!

Why can't it be put on the network?

You could always move the PST to a server....but I think you run into
open file issues there.

Another option is to move the stuff to a public folder and lock it down.
