can I select alarm sounds for outlook 2002

I have just installed outlock 2002. I am wondering if it is posible to choose
various alarm sounds and varying leghts. If my computer is on stand by would
the alarm sound and start up my computer?

If your computer's on standby, typically network events cause it to wake up.

sorry it took me so long to reply. I still don't know how to activate the
bell sound. When I first started useing outlook there was one short bell. Not
enough for me to hear if I am in another room. I would like to know how to
turn the bell sound back on. And then modify it to my specifications.

You can have audible mail alerts by setting options on Tools>Options>E-mail
Options>Advanced E-mail Options and then choosing the sound you want in
Control Panel. You can adjust the reminder sound on
Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Reminder Options. Alas, you can't have
different sounds for different reminders.
