Can i select which emails to save a copy of in Outlook 2007

I don't need a copy of every outgoing email. Is there a way to only select
the ones i want saved or can I be prompted and asked if I want to save it
when sending? Thx.

Yes. If you turn off the keeping of sent items, you can enable it per-message
on the message's options.
