can I set Outlook up for meeting room reservations?

Is there a way that I can set up Microsoft outlook up for meeting room
reservation. I am a public library and we have 4 meeting rooms that are used
daily, I am looking to be able to set up and put on the server in a shared
folder so we would be able to be view from any staff computer in the
library, it would not be for public use, just information for the staff to
view, right now we are using a book that is keep in the back office , so it
is not really convienient to the staff that is elsewhere in our 3 story
building. Thanks in adavnce for any help you can offer.
