Can I set the Macro Security level in Access 2003 via a user profi

When deploying an internal Access application that uses a user profile, I
want to set the macro security level to low via a user profile (then I create
a shortcut to access and the app and specify the profile name in the
shortcut).. I found the appropriate registry setting in the HKCU hive but I
have not found documentation that says I can use HKCU Access settings in a
user profile, only HKLM Access settings.

Anyone?
