Can i set up a template for Outlook Signatures?

Our company has just set up a new Standard Operating Environment and with the
update everyone needs to have their signature in the same format. Is there a
way I can set up a template people can then add their name and details to?

That would work very well but I was hoping for something that existed within
outlook.
