Can I set up an online registration page in publisher?

I was wondering if I could set up a password protected registration for the
users of my studio website where they could view their monthly balances and
information privately... is that possible; if so, how can I do it?

Go to your web host, control panel, and read about how to password protect
folders. It varies, but is generally done on a server level.

Adding to David's advice;

I have a couple of sites built with Publisher 2000 that have logon, password
protected folders. On the sites there are links which when clicked on ask
for a logon and password to gain access to the contents of the folder. You
could have it so all of the users would have access to a single folder and
the files within or each has access to one specific folder. On the server I
use it requires you to create a cgi-bin folder, a htpasswd and htaccess
files.

But as David suggests, contact your ISP for details.
