Can I share a one note notebook from my external website?

I'm trying to figure out how to share a notebook between my home computer and
my office computer. I'd like to use my ftp share on my personal website. So
far, this doesn't seem possible. But it is a key scenario so I'm wondering
if there is a trick that I'm not able to figure out...

Thanks Erik,

I see that some folks have mentioned that they use a USB memory stick - if I
go the memory stick route, it looks like I would have to move my shared
folders from my local machine, to the memory stick. This seems a little
dangerous.

Is it possible for me to do have a scenario where I simply sync the changes
from my local machine to the stick, so the stick only contains the changes
from that day? Then I bring those changes into my home machine via some sync
method so I'm only carrying around a small amount of data which is already on
my local machine at work anyway, so there's no danger if I lose it...

No, you need to have your actual full OneNote notebook files on the
stick. If you lose the stick, you can always recreate the files from
within any copy of ON that has those notebooks open.
Of course, you might want to encrypt the USB stick so that all the data
on it is protected if you lose it.
