Can I show summary durations as weeks in MS Project 2002

I am creating a long duration project and entering task durations as weeks.
However my Summary Tasks still show as days, can I change this to show them
as weeks.

Tools, Options, Schedule, Durations are entered as ... select Weeks

Is there any way to get task durations to seconds or even tenths of seconds.
I think this could be a great tool for industrial time study work if I could
get the durations shorter
