can I sort e-mails into folders as they come in

I want to be able to sort e-mails into folders as they come in is this
possable or not.

Use Rules (Tools/Rules and Alerts in Outlook 2003). If you have Exchange,
make the rules Server side so it happens there and not at your client (not
all rules can be pushed server side).
