Can I specially identify specific words for review

Is there a way to use a custom dictionary or some special grammer check to
have a list of words called out in a document for review. They would not be
spelling issues they would be words that we suggest changing. A simple way
to think about it is say you wanted to have a list of bad words so that
people at your company would see those words highlighted in yellow or
something to remind them to reconsider their word choice. In a perfect world
suggested alternatives would be displayed.

A custom dictionary sounds ideal but I want to give a visual cue that is
different then a mis-spelling or grammer issue.

I am open for any configuration, macro, or 3rd pary app suggestions.

You could use the Highlight tool or insert a Comment (which also highlights
the commented text).
