Can i split the Drawing window?

In a similar way as many other MS products, but particularly MS Excel,
is there a way to psplit and freeze part of the drawing window? I want
to be able to have a "header" of sorts to my diagram that always remains
visible regardless of the scrolling of the drawing window.

Any tips greatly appreciated.

Window > New Window will create another pane to view a portion of the page
in.
