Can I stop Access from minimizing?

Hi,

I have some hyperlinks in my database linking to word files. After the user
has viewed the word doc and they close the window to return to the database
it is now minimized. Is there anyway I can keep Access from doing this as it
confuses some users as they think the database has closed.

Hope you can help.
