Can I stop Outlook DELETING Attachments before I receive them?

My wife runs Outlook 2003 on her personal computer - whenever she receives
emails with attachments - even .doc, .ppt etc these are deleted and she
receives a message OE has deleted the following attachments. How can we stop
this happening as many of the documents she receives are linked to her degree
course?

Outlook or OE, OE is Outlook Express

You don't state your version of Outlook Express, but you can choose your
version here then post your question:

Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer. Microsoft Outlook is part of
Microsoft Office. Outlook is what's supported in this forum.
