Can I sync calender/contacts with Novelle Groupwise v6.5

My work computer is running xp and groupwise v6.5 and will not sync with my
PDA. Thought I may be able to get round it by sync home computer running
Outlook 2003 on Vista and connecting my PDA(WM5).

I'm not sure how you believe this will "get around it"? How does your home
PC connect with your work PC?

I don't know of any tools that will sync a PDA and Groupwise, but you should
ask in a Groupwise forum. Perhaps I just don't understand what you want to
do.
