can I sync hotmail contacts to outlook?

My messages come in but I just did a master reboot on my PC and lost all my
contacts from Outlook, they are still in hotmail......Can anyone tell me how
to sync my contacts, I also notice that my calender doesn't sync either, DO I
HAVE SOMETHING SET UP WRONG.....Please help :)
