can I transfer contact list from Outlook express to Xp?

Is there a way to transfer the entire contents of the Outlook contact list
from Express to XP wiithout having to re-type all of the data over agian?

There is no Outlook address list and if there were, it would be in Outlook,
not Outlook Express. They're not the same program. On top if that, Windows
XP doesn't have ANY "address list:".
