Can I uninstall just Access from Office 2007 Suite

We are having problems with Access program with such delayed reaction of
typing in info to update database. Problem only with Access 2007. We have
Access 2003 by itself so want to uninstall Access 2007 & install Access 2003
& use. We have the Access file saved as backup as a 2003 file so can use
that once the load is done. I just was not sure if the uninstall would give
me the opportunity to only uninstall Access. THX!
