can I update Office 2000 into office 2003?

I have Office 2000 and Publisher 2003.

I want them in one pack, 2003.

Is it possible if I update Office 2000 into Office 2003? Or I have to buy
Office 2003?

You can "upgrade" to Office 2003 since 2000 is a qualifying product.
