Can I update Visio from SQL Database?

If I diagram a Computer network in Visio with IP Addresses in the custom
properties and export that to a SQL Database then make a change to the IP
Address in SQL, can I then update the Visio Custom properties automatically
from SQL?

use the database wizard to store the information to sql and then when you
refresh it the data should update.
