Can I update Word 2002 to 2003 somehow free?!

Hi, I have Mircrosoft Word 2002 and I have been navigating the site
constantly trying to figure this out. Can I somehow update my Word 2002 to
Word 2003? I downloaded 'Office Service Pack 3' already thinking that would
update everything but it didn't. Also I wondered why my computer didn't come
with Powerpoint on it when it has everything else? I have the disks and it
says Powerpoint but it is NOT on my computer. If anyone can help me with
these questions thanks a lot!

Upgrading to a newer version of Office is not free, just like
upgrading to a newer car is not free. Powerpoint 2002 is
included with Office XP Standard and Office XP Professional, but
not with Office XP Small Business... which version do you have?
