Can I upgrade Visio 2000 SR1 to Visio Professional 2003?

Can I upgrade Visio 2000 SR1 to Visio Professional 2003? The upgrade
elegibility chart can be read either way. I don't want to buy and then find
out I can't return an opened package. THanks...

The oldest version of Visio eligible for an upgrade is Visio 2000, the catch
is it has to be 2000 SR1

Visio 2000 was released before Microsoft acquird the product. Soon after the
acquisition.Microsoft released a rebranded version of Visio 2000 with a few
bug fixes. They also made the bug fixes available to Visio 2000 users as
SR1.

So if your version of Visio has the Microsoft logo all over it, then it
qualifies.

I see that my question was not worded clearly. ...sorry.
I have Visio 2000 STANDARD edition SR1
Can I upgrade to Visio PROFESSIONAL 2003?
Will there be a problem upgrading from Standard to Professional? That is
what is not clear on the Microsoft upgrade chart.
