Can I upgrade visio 2003 standard to visio 2007 professional?

According to the link Visio 2000-2003 Std or Pro qualify for the upgrade.
This should be verified because currently, Visio 2000 SR1 is the oldest that
qualifies for upgrade to Visio 2003. I would have expected that the oldest
qualifiying version would be a later than Visio 2000, but they may be
keeping it to the oldest MS version of Visio.
