I'm assuming you must already have the upgrade version (since Microsoft
hasn't sold it since Oct., 2003), so why not just try it?
I doubt very much that the Student & Teacher version of Office qualifies for
any update versions, though. I seem to recall reading somewhere that one of
the reasons it was priced so low was because of that fact.
