Can I use an OEM version of Office on a different brand of PC?

I have an OEM version of Office that came bundled with my Dell desktop (which
already had Office installed on it). The OEM CD has Dell written on the
envelope. Can I install this CD on my Acer laptop, or does it have to be used
only on Dell, or only on MY Dell pc? I'm confused!?
