Can I Use Clip Art For A Company Brochure

I am getting ready to publish an informational brochure for my company and I
am using a couple of the clip art pictures in the brochure. For example, I
have a picture of a big office building and for the caption, I put "our
corporate headquarters are located at", can I use that picture even though it
isn't really my corporate headquarters?

photo of a big building when in fact you operate out of your converted
laundry room kind of thing. But that's just my opinion and a lot of people
will probably disagree with me.

what if you put the infamouse "pictures are for illustration purposes only"
disclosure somewhere on there, would that help?

I wouldn't but not for the reasons you think. It seems a bit misleading. A
photo of a big building when in fact you operate out of your converted
laundry room kind of thing. But that's just my opinion and a lot of people
will probably disagree with me.
