Can I use FrontPage to compose email?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me whether I could configure (or hack) to
use FRONTPAGE as my default email composer instead of
WORD in OUTLOOK?

No, you can't. Why do you need this? If you've got an HTML-file you can also
choose Insert-> File...-> select HTML file-> press the little arrow on
Open... and choose to insert it as text.
