Hi,

Yes, but I don't recommend it! Project requires skilled use for that sort of
thing and is better suited to managing a finite project. I recommend you
talk to other schools and ask what they use.

Check out SourceForge.net - lots of open source code and I'm pretty sure I
saw at least one posting for a calendar and resource scheduling tool...

oh and the software is "free"
