Can I use my PDA as a tablet?

My cheap Packard Bell Pen Tablet works great in OneNote, is it possible to
get my expensive HP iPAQ to do the same. I want to either type or write into
a note and for it to display on my laptop at the same time; so I can project
it onto a white board.
Can't afford a Tablet at the moment. Why don't I use the Packard Bell all
the time? I don't have it with me all the time like I do the iPAQ.

Have a look at this freeware :
http://www.pocketpcfreeware.com/en/index.php?soft=1094
It disappeared from the web and I do not know if it has been updated
but we kept a copy of the file.

Hi
Thankyou so much for your helpful suggestion, I now have the download and
working out how to install it. It seems to be the answer but it needs
something called .NET Framework 1.1 which I am looking at now.
