Fly out menus or drill down menus all fall under the area of dynamic
effects. Publisher has no support for dynamic effects as indicated on the
FAQ page - http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30 .
However you can implement third party menu solutions. Some sites listed on
the publishermvps.com site do that.
