Can I use the web as my synch location?

I use OneNote on my laptop and desktop. I keep forgetting to take the flash
drive with me when I leave the office to keep OneNote synchronized between
the two computers. I do not carry the laptop to the office very often.

Is there a way to locate the shared/synchronized files on my website and
have OneNote look to a non-intranet/local network location on the web to
synchronize through FTP or some other technique?

Thanks!

OneNote 2003 or 2007? With 2007, you can try to use WebDAV to
synchronize with a web location, but this might not work.

Sorry, it's OneNote 2007. I've not heard of WebDAV but I'll look into it.
Thanks. Probably I'll just have to remember to carry the flash drive.

Some hosts don't provide WebDAV support. I bet if you did a quick search
using google with these paramaters (site:yourhost.com webDAV) you could find
out very quickly if they support it or not.

If they don't support webDAV, you could always use Novell Netdrive, which
will map an FTP server as a drive on your computer. I tried to use it, but,
my ON sections are all over 200MB in size, so, it isn't the best option.
