Can I view Annimated attachments from E Mail on picture manager

Using Thunderbird e-mail when I recieved an annimated attachment but it dous
not annimate.When viewing the same piture on Incredimail it works
fine,Thunderbird opens these pictures in picture manager.

Firstly this is a group for Microsoft Access - the database component of
Office.
Secondly, your question is not even about MS products AT ALL - it's about
Thunderbird, from Mozilla!
