Hi Michael

Is there any reason you want to use media player, or do you just want to be
able to view presentations without buying powerpoint? Free viewers are
available here:
PowerPoint 2003 viewer:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...27-43AB-4F24-90B7-A94784AF71A4&displaylang=en
PowerPoint 2007 viewer (2003 viewer + compatability pack):
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...40-14E1-467D-8DCA-19D2A8FD7485&displaylang=en

The viewers have some limitations (e.g. can't run macros). For more info see
here:

yes, first Convert PowerPoint to Video then you can watch it through windows
media player
http://www.ppt-to-video.com
Acoolsoft PPT2Video Converter is a PowerPoint to video converter which helps
you easily convert PowerPoint to video formats such as MPEG, AVI, FLV, MP4,
WMV, 3GP, MOV, ASF, 3GP2. It is very convenient and efficient, requiring only
a few mouse clicks to create fully featured video with transitions,
animations, sound and movies retained.
