Can individuals create a training transcript from the free on-lin

I am a Training manager and find the MS Office training courses very useful,
in fact better then the on-line program my corporation utilizes. In order to
include their accomplishements with their yearly review, can employees create
a completed course transcript?

Perhaps what you are asking is not understood. For instance I have no
idea what training courses you are talking about, what they are, consist
of, who proctors them or anything. So a it becomes a transcript of what?

The training courses Microsoft offers on their site, didn't think it was that
vague, no one proctors them they are done on-line, I thought in this forum
everyone would be aware of what I was referring to, I'll contact Microsoft
directly, thanks.

There is more than one location for online training items from Microsoft.
The items accessed via http://office.microsoft.com/training are generally not tracked for completion. It's possible that you could
have folks email the test results page from their browsers under an honor system.

Those courses offered through MS Learning & E-Learning can track completion (some are free), establish a selected Learning Plan and
you can contact the MS E-learning folks through (888)456-7077 in the U.S. http://microsoftelearning.com
